Shipping Information

The time frame for order delivery is divided into three parts: Approval time, Production Time & Shipping Time.

Approval time:

After receiving your order, we will send you a digital design within 48 hour. This is just for you to preview how your chosen design will look like with your personalisation. We will wait for your approval before starting with the production. Please give your approval as soon as possible so we won’t delay the production of your product.

Production time

Production consists of laser cutting, polishing, powder coated and baking for beautiful and smooth finish and to ensure weather and rust resistance. Your finished design then gets wrapped and boxed for safe transit to your desired location. Production time usually takes 5 business days.

Shipping time

This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our workshop to your delivery address.

All orders above USD 100 are eligible for free DHL shipping. DHL deliveries worldwide take around 5 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can follow it progress right through final delivery to your address. If you do not receive your order within 7 business days, please reach out to us via email so that we can help you!
