We use high quality EU standard cold rolled steel with 1.5mm/16 gauge thickness, laser cut it, and finish it with ultra durable industrial powder coatings to withstand the harshest weather conditions.
From coating options at the moment we offer:
– Black Matte (rough feel)
– White Matte
– Dark Gray Matte (Anthracite metallic rough feel)
– Gold Glossy Metallic

Shipping Information

The time frame for order delivery is divided into three parts: Approval time, Production Time & Shipping Time.

Approval time:

After receiving your order, we will send you a digital design within 48 hour. This is just for you to preview how your chosen design will look like with your personalisation. We will wait for your approval before starting with the production. Please give your approval as soon as possible so we won’t delay the production of your product.

Production time

Production consists of laser cutting, polishing, powder coated and baking for beautiful and smooth finish and to ensure weather and rust resistance. Your finished design then gets wrapped and boxed for safe transit to your desired location. Production time usually takes 5 business days.

Shipping time

This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our workshop to your delivery address.

All orders above USD 100 are eligible for free DHL shipping. DHL deliveries worldwide take around 5 business days. A tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can follow it progress right through final delivery to your address. If you do not receive your order within 7 business days, please reach out to us via email so that we can help you!

I am very pleased with the order. Excellent quality and craftsmanship combining solid wood and metal. Irene was very easy to communicate and she replied promptly to every message. She also sent a proof image before she started processing my order, showing that all details were according to my request. And the most important, considering the distance from Europe to LA, the total delivery time was less than a week. I will definitely order again.

I had an idea, but no way to make it come to life. I reached out to CraftyDecorArt and almost immediately heard back from Irene. We worked out what I wanted and she offered me options--it seems there were many ways to get exactly what I wanted. From design to delivery, it took just over a week, and I couldn't be happier with the result. It was exactly what I wanted, which is all the more surprising given that Irene had to pull it out of my head and make it metal. If you have an idea and need a collaborator to bring it to life, I can't recommend this artisan more strongly.
