Whether you need info on your order, or you have an idea you wonder if it can be done – we are here for you. We usually reply the same day, however, sometimes due to the weekend, holidays and time difference it might take a bit longer.

Our metal signs are cut from 16 gauge(1.5mm) thick, cold rolled zinc coated steel. Our wood signs are made from 0.7″(18mm) thick high quality pine wood, stained and sealed for indoor and outdoor use. If you would like a different material or thickness please inquire.

Most times of the year we are 2-5 days on production. Custom orders may take up to 3 weeks before shipment. All of our items are made to order, and though we work hard to keep things on a timely tight schedule, we do not guarantee every item will ship within 2-5 days. In November and December production might take up to 20days due to the influx of Holiday orders. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE TIMING ON DELIVERY, ONLY PRODUCTION. DELIVERY IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

We accept cancellations on custom orders within 12 hrs of the original purchase. After 12 hrs, we cannot offer refunds on personalized items, due to the personal/custom nature. We cannot resell your custom item if it has already been processed. And there have already been time, materials, and labor spent to start the production of your item. We cannot offer refunds on custom design listings if they have been started on already. The reason being is, our graphic designer put the time in to already draw your request, and this is what the listing pays for, is time.

Yes, we do. When requesting a custom order it would really help to provide a picture, drawing or at least an idea of what you are looking for. Also suggest the size and color you want. If the request is extremely detailed, the base price of $35 will be negotiated. The design fee of $35 is not a part of the sign cost, and only covers time with our graphics department.

Please understand there are many customers we are servicing and it takes time. Once you have contacted us, and we have accepted to do the custom order for you, you can expect your first proof within 1-2 business days depending on detail. In our busy seasons it may the up to 5 days.

Depending on the design, detail, size and color add from $35~$60 on top of the price of another similar sign listed in our shop.

If we haven’t shipped your order yet, yes we can. If we have already shipped it, it is not in our power to change the address.

We are open 6 days a week from 8am-5pm excluding Holidays. We typically respond to messages within the same day as receiving it. Please check our homepage for some special announcements on our working time, holidays and vacations.

We can only guarantee that we will follow through with timely production and get your package shipped out in promised time. If you add priority shipping to your order, please allow at least 5-7 working days for it. If you are unsure on the production and shipping time, contact us and we will respond in less than 6 hours.

Current options: Black Matte Rough Feel – Great choice for light painted walls. White Matte Smooth Feel – Excellent choice for dark painted walls. Dark Gray Rough Feel – very modern and very popular nowadays. Bare Metal DIY is just a bare metal finish that is ground and deburred. This will rust if not painted or finished. It is a great option if you like to customize the sign for your project.
We also have other color options in stock, so if needed please contact us prior ordering.

All corrections is doable in the first 12 hours of placing the order. After that period of time we can’t provide a replacement at no cost. If you want a color that is not in our list please message us and we’ll check if we can provide it.

We take orders as they come in and get them out the same way. Your order shows the estimated shipping date, and we typically run in line with that. We do have a Rush My Order option, where we place your order in front of the queue.

Our standard free shipping includes all countries without exceptions. Please note that we are not responsible import taxes and local VAT. We do not collect VAT fees during checkout and they are not included in your shipping price. All International orders are required to supply a contact number for shipping carriers to contact you for delivery. If your item is damaged during shipping please email us at customer.service@peachydecors.com and include pictures of the damage and pictures of the damaged shipping box. If we do not receive pictures of the shipping box we can not replace the item.

Yes we do, if you choose YES on Provide proof / preview image, upon ordering. Please note: we only allow 24 hours to approve the preview. If we do not hear from you by that time we will consider the designs approved and start processing your order to catch the shipping deadline.

We allow changes at no cost up to 12hrs after your order is made. After that point your item may be cut already, and there may be a re-cut fee to cover the times and materials of a second sign. Please message us asap if you need to make changes.
