I am very pleased with the order. Excellent quality and craftsmanship combining solid wood and metal. Irene was very easy to communicate and she replied promptly to every message. She also sent a proof image before she started processing my order, showing that all details were according to my request. And the most important, considering the distance from Europe to LA, the total delivery time was less than a week. I will definitely order again.

I had an idea, but no way to make it come to life. I reached out to CraftyDecorArt and almost immediately heard back from Irene. We worked out what I wanted and she offered me options–it seems there were many ways to get exactly what I wanted. From design to delivery, it took just over a week, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. It was exactly what I wanted, which is all the more surprising given that Irene had to pull it out of my head and make it metal. If you have an idea and need a collaborator to bring it to life, I can’t recommend this artisan more strongly.
