Non-Personalized Orders
If for any reason, unless damaged or defective, you are not satisfied with any non-personalized item, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll arrange an exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. Note: a payment handling charge of 10% of the purchase price might be deducted from the refund amount.
To arrange returns please contact us and we’ll provide you with an address. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from delivery location for any returned item.
Personalized Orders
Any items that are customized cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. We accept cancellations and changes in personalization only if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your custom product order. After 12 hours, we can accommodate changes within a limited timespan of placing your order. Please see our FAQ Can I Change My Order for more information.
If your product is received damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, contact us thru the contact form or send an email to irene@peachydecors.com.
We do not accept returns on custom signs that have spelling errors on the customers end.
