Shipping Policy

Here at Peachy Decors we strive to offer you the best shipping experience possible! Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers worldwide and you can be sure that your order will be promptly processed and safely delivered. 

As with our materials and production, for shipping we also use the best there is, DHL International Standard and Express Shipping service. Once the product is shipped it takes from 3-7 days to arrive to your home, regardless of the country or continent. 

Production Time

Every item in our store gets special attention from the very unique personalization and design to hand crafting the wood and metal as orders are placed. Once we receive your order it goes through a multi-step production process.

Step 1: Irene is going to make sure your personalized text is adjusted perfectly in the design so it fits and looks perfectly.

Step 2: David is going to process that design from high grade EU made steel and/or wood – depending on the item you ordered. 

Step 3: Further on Dean is in charge of powder coating and/or wood staining and sealing to ensure they are both weather and rust resistant for years of indoor/outdoor use.

Step 4: At last, Nikki and Mitchell then carefully create custom made boxes and wrap the finished product for safe transit to your desired location.

Our typical production time per order is 5-15 business days.

Shipping Time

This refers to the time it takes for your order to be shipped from our EU based workshop to your delivery address.

Orders with Free Shipping

• Method: Free Standard Shipping

• Cost: FREE

Expedited Orders

• Method: DHL International Express Shipping
• Delivery Time: 3-7 days
• Cost: $14.99

Please Note:
A link with your tracking number will be emailed to you so that you can follow it progress right through final delivery to your address. If you do not receive your order within two weeks of receiving the tracking number, please reach out to us via our Contact Us Form so that we can help you! 

Duties & Taxes

Customers are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. If there are any, they are to be fulfilled at the point of, or after delivery. Please note that Peachy Decors does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary depending on the country. Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders when shopping on www.peachydecors.com, if you unsure of the charges, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.

Attempted Deliveries

Our shipping provider, DHL International Express Shipping, has a strict policy for deliveries. Signature is required on every order. And as per the policy of the shipping company, after attempted delivery the courier will contact the recipient on the phone and email to arrange the time and date of delivery – therefore a contact number and email of the recipient is required for every order. In an event of an unsuccessful delivery and contact, the shipping company at their own discretion may destroy the package without any further notice. In this case Peachy Decors will not be liable for the shipment and will not refund the order.

Delivery is subject to reasonable and safe access. If there are any special delivery requirements or instructions, please advise upon ordering.
